1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standardized shipping rates across Pakistan to ensure a seamless checkout experience:

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 220

• Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over Rs. 5,000.

• Estimated Delivery Time: All orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during public holidays, extreme weather, or high-demand sale periods.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) are typically processed the same business day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS with your tracking details.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery. We kindly request that you have the exact amount ready for the courier. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the parcel to avoid returns to origin.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor the status of your luxury shipment.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

6. Address Changes

To ensure prompt delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
