At Sheikh Adorn Co., we are committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Must be in the original premium packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at sheikhadorn@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized jewelry/clothing.

  • Personal Care: Items such as beauty products or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original piece. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the transaction.
